day 299 : join me for the #taketheleap yoga challenge!

happy february, everybody!
prana & sweat pink have teamed up this month to host a really fun yoga challenge!
every day, you take a class // pick your favorite pose // challenge yourself with a new pose & share the photo!

they have a fun 'mad libs' you can copy & paste {and add your own words} to show that you are up for the challenge!

When I think about yoga, the first thought that comes to mind is 'so much clarity!' Yoga _always_ makes me feel _strong_.

That’s why I am SO _jazzed_ to participate in prAna’s Take The Leap 30 days of Yoga Challenge with Sweat Pink. I plan to _mountain pose_ my way to a more _intentional_ and _peaceful_ 2015!

For me, the biggest challenge when it comes to yoga is _finding the time_. Taking the Leap with prAna and Sweat Pink is a great way for me to find _the time & balance I need_!

My favorite place to yoga is_the hot room_ because _I always feel SO strong!_
